3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by a provider in data centres within the European Union. When you access the website, your browser transmits technically necessary data to the server. This data is stored in server log files:
- shortened or full IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the retrieved file
- amount of data transferred and status message
- browser type and operating system used
- referrer URL, where transmitted
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring trouble-free operation, system security and defence against attacks. The log files are not merged with other data sources and are not evaluated to identify individuals. We delete them as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes stated and no statutory retention obligations conflict.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of the request) in order to answer your request.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the request serves to prepare or perform a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our interest in answering requests addressed to us.
We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations (in particular commercial and tax law periods) conflict.
Please note that transmitting emails over the internet can have security gaps. For confidential information we recommend another channel.
5. No disclosure to third parties, no external content
This website embeds no third-party content or services. In particular, no external fonts, map services, videos, content delivery networks or script libraries are loaded. Visiting this website therefore involves no transfer of data to third parties other than the hosting provider.
Your data is transmitted only to the hosting provider within the scope of data processing, and – where legally required – to authorities. We do not sell your data. Transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA is not intended.
